# How do I report maintenance or repairs?

During business hours, speak to your property manager directly or lodge a request through our [online portal](https://my.propertyme.com/sign-in).

After hours, lodge non-urgent requests through the online portal. For emergencies, such as no water or hot water, burst pipes or power outages, follow our [emergency maintenance process](https://help.kindred.com.au/knowledge/emergency-maintenance?hsLang=en).
